Project Description

Humantech is a large EU-funded collaborative project focused on improving working conditions on construction sites.

Our role in this project is to implement one of the pilot initiatives for remotely controlled demolition. In this pilot, a robot from Baubot is intended to receive a drilling position via an interface. Based on a BIM model of the building, the system is planned to localize the robot within the building and navigate it to the target position.

The next step is to move the Yaskawa robotic arm mounted on the robot to the specified position. This pilot aims to take a significant step toward safer, more precise, and automated demolition work.
